A trade union approach to addressing gender-based violence in health settings

In a society that does not value the work of caring, unions can lead social action initiatives to reduce violence in health facilities by drawing a direct relationship between the devaluing of the reproductive work of healthcare workers and the rising levels of GBV in the health system.
