The Labour Rights for Women campaign empowers women to organise and defend their rights in the workplace. The campaign supports women in strengthening their participation and leadership in collective bargaining and social dialogue.
The key goals of the campaign are to:
- Increase awareness of women’s labour rights as laid down in national legislation and collective agreements
- Empower women workers to improve their employment situation
- Improve legislation and enforcement of laws protecting women’s labour rights
Women advocate for bodies, voices and resources
Women in precarious work seek to have their jobs made visible, recognised, valued and remunerated.
